Manchester City win the Capital One Cup win over Liverpool penalty

 Manchester City win the League Cup or the Capital One Cup 4th in the history of the club after the win over Liverpool by penalties 3-1 after 1-1 in 2 hours 15 minutes, while goalkeeper Willy Caballero's Hero's team Manuel Pellegrini.
